1. Who processes your data
AI BOX, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 104 624 283, whose registered office is located at 8 rue du Bel Air, 92190 Meudon, publishes the geoffr.ai website and the Geoffr.ai service.

2. Two distinct situations
If you are a website visitor or a prospective customer, AI BOX is the controller of your data and this policy applies directly.
If you are a guest of a hotel property using Geoffr.ai, that property is the controller of your data. AI BOX acts as a processor, follows its instructions only, and determines neither the purposes nor the means of the processing. To exercise your rights, contact the property concerned, which will forward your request to us where necessary.
3. Data collected and purposes
Visitors and prospective customers: last name, first name, business email address, telephone number, property name and type, number of rooms or units, and the content of messages sent through the contact form. This data is used to answer your requests, arrange a demonstration and follow up commercially.
Audience measurement: browsing data, collected only after you have given your consent.
Guests of properties using the service: identity, contact details, stay information and the content of exchanges with the conversational agent, processed on behalf of the property for customer relations, information and service offers.
4. Legal bases
Answering your requests and managing the pre-contractual relationship: performance of pre-contractual measures.
Business-to-business marketing: the legitimate interest of AI BOX in promoting its services.
Audience measurement: your consent.
Processing carried out on behalf of a hotel property: the data processing agreement entered into with that property.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to authorised staff at AI BOX and to the following providers, acting as processors: HubSpot, Inc. (United States), for website hosting, the contact form and customer relationship management.
Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Data held by the Geoffr.ai service is hosted in the European Union.
Data collected through the website and the contact form is processed by HubSpot on infrastructure located in North America. This transfer is governed by the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation, in particular the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
7. Retention periods
Prospective customers who did not follow up: 12 months from the last contact. Customers: for the duration of the contract, then 24 months after its expiry. Exchanges between the conversational agent and a property's guests: 12 months, unless a different period is set by the property acting as controller. Audience measurement data: as stated in the cookie settings panel.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to set instructions regarding the fate of your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@geoffr.ai. We respond within one month of receiving your request. You may also withdraw your consent to audience measurement at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr.
9. Cookies
No audience measurement cookie is placed before you give your consent. In the absence of a choice on your part, only cookies strictly necessary for the website to function are used. You can accept, refuse or change your preferences at any time through the "Cookie settings" link.
